1. General Refund Conditions
We strive to ensure the highest quality of our services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request in accordance with the conditions described below.

2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Ukraine, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- No more than 25% of the total course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
- You have not completed or received a certificate of completion for the course
- The refund request must be submitted in writing via email
3. Digital Course Materials
Since our products are digital services (online courses and educational materials), the following specific conditions apply:
- A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded
- Once more than 25% of the course content has been accessed, the purchase is considered fully delivered and no refund is available
- If technical issues on our side prevent you from accessing the purchased materials, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund at your request
4. Transaction Cancellation
You may request a transaction cancellation in the following cases:
- Before access to the course has been activated — contact us immediately at ananikolewhite@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued if access has not yet been granted
- Duplicate payment — if you have been charged more than once for the same service, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge
- Unauthorized transaction — if you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact both us and your bank immediately
5. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, the email address used for registration, the date of purchase, and the name of the purchased course or package
- Provide a brief description of the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase (Visa/Mastercard via WayForPay)
- Refund processing time is up to 10 business days from the moment the request is confirmed
- You will receive an email notification when the refund has been initiated
- Access to the course materials will be revoked upon refund completion
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- More than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- The refund request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase
- Access was terminated due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing account credentials, unauthorized distribution of materials)
- The buyer has received a certificate of completion for the course
